Valesor presented methodology and findings on societal health costs at SBCA Conference

Valesor shared methodology and initial results from the literature review of societal health costs at the Society for Benefit Cost Analyses (SBCA) conference in Warsaw.

Krister Mars, Environmental Economist at Anthesis, and Daniel Herrera Araujo, Assistant Professor in Economics at Université Paris-Dauphine, presented the work during the SBCA conference, organized by the Faculty of Economic Science at the University of Warsaw on September 19–20.

The work was done in work package one which aims to enhance the quality of health impact assessments by promoting collaboration between scientists, decision-makers, and economists. The presentation showcased state-of-the-art health cost analysis, providing a scientific foundation for the following work packages.
